Limits on Accumulating Paid Time Off. Paid time off accumulation shall be limited to four hundred and eighty (480) hours. Departmental management shall be responsible for encouraging and allowing proper scheduling for employees taking annual leave in order to avoid any forfeiture of paid time off.
