LINE OF DUTY INJURY LEAVE. 22.01 A full-time employee’s absence from work is necessitated because of an illness or injury that incurred while on the job with the City and said illness or injury is compensable under the Ohio Worker’s Compensation law, injury leave may be granted at the discretion of the City Manager, or his/her designee, for a period of time not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days.
