List of New Employees/Separations. The County will furnish the Union with a monthly list of new employees/separations at the cost established by the Auditor-Controller for processing and photocopying documents. The list shall contain the name, employee number, date of hire into the Unit, item step salary rate, classification, title, item number, item sub, work location, latest hire date and job appointment date of all employees who enter the Bargaining Unit and who are covered by the Memorandum of Understanding. Such list shall include new hires, and employees promoted, demoted or transferred into the Bargaining Unit.
