Common use of List of New Employees/Separations Clause in Contracts

List of New Employees/Separations. Upon payment of initial programming costs, as determined by Auditor-Controller, management shall provide the union with access to employee lists via internet on a monthly basis. The County will furnish the ADDA with a monthly list of new employees/separations at the cost established by the Auditor-Controller for processing and photocopying documents. The list shall contain the name, employee number, date of hire into the Unit, item step, salary rate, classification, title, item number, item sub, work location, latest hire date and job appointment date of all employees who enter the Bargaining Unit and who are covered by this Memorandum of Understanding. Such list shall include new hires, and employees promoted, demoted or transferred into the Bargaining Unit. The monthly list shall also contain information which includes the names and effective dates of employees leaving this Bargaining Unit.
