Live - in Housekeeper - Grade 1. The total weekly remuneration for a Live - in Housekeeper - Grade 1 shall be calculated as follows: Total Weekly Rate = Weekly Rate for a Community Care Employee Grade 1 + All Incidents Loading The All Incidents Loading for a Live - in Housekeeper - Grade 1 is calculated by obtaining 30% of the relevant weekly rate. The All Incidents Loading of 30% takes into account all incidents of employment inherent in the work and conditions of employment of Live - in Housekeepers, including but not limited to, the requirement to reside at the client’s premises. Such tasks that are required to be performed by the employee will be performed at times of day, which are mutually agreed between the employer and the employee.
