Live-to-Tape Recordings Sample Clauses

Live-to-Tape Recordings. The Engager agrees to pay each Artist (including Stage Management and Choreographer of the work) a minimum of one week's in-town fee for each instance of a live-to-tape recording. A live-to-tape recording may be derived from up to two (2) public performances. Such recording shall not involve the Artist in any additional work and shall not take place on more than two (2) days, in each instance, unless additional payments are made.
