Livestock 19.1. Except with the prior written consent of the Council the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment site save rabbits and hens (no Cockerels) to the extent permitted by section 12 Allotments Act 1950. Transfer outside of the Bargaining Unit (a) A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of not more than three (3) months, or is seconded to teach for an academic year shall not suffer any loss of seniority, service or benefits. Options within the Layoff Unit A. Employees will be laid off in accordance with seniority, as defined in Article 39, Seniority. Third Party Financing If Product acquisitions are financed through any third party financing, Contractor may be required as a condition of Contract Award to agree to the terms and conditions of a “Consent & Acknowledgment Agreement” in a form acceptable to the Commissioner.
FULLY BARGAINED AGREEMENT This Agreement represents and incorporates the complete and final understanding and settlement by the parties of all bargainable issues which were or could have been the subject of negotiations. During the term of this Agreement, neither party will be required to negotiate with respect to any such matter, whether or not covered by this Agreement, and whether or not within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement.

Bargaining Unit Member Rights 1. When an employee is to be interviewed or questioned concerning a complaint or allegation of misconduct, the employee will be informed of, prior to the interview, the nature of the investigation and whether the employee is the subject of the investigation or a witness in the investigation. If the employee is the subject of investigation, the employee will also be informed of the specifics of each complaint or allegation against him/her.
