Local Dialing Parity. BellSouth shall provide local dialing parity as described in the Act and required by FCC rules, regulations and policies. Al-Call End Users shall not have to dial any greater number of digits than BellSouth End Users to complete the same call. In addition, Al-Call End Users shall experience at least the same service quality as BellSouth End Users in terms of post-dial delay, call completion rate and transmission quality.

VZW may elect to route all of its End User Customers calls in the same manner as Qwest routes its End User Customers calls, for a given call type (e.g., 0, 0+, 1+, 411), or VZW may elect to custom route its End User Customers’ calls differently than Qwest routes its End User Customer’s calls. Additional terms and conditions with respect to customized routing are described in this Agreement.
