AT&T Customers definition

AT&T Customers means enterprise and wholesale customers in Puerto Rico (excluding AT&T Global Services customers) that purchased services from AT&T immediately prior to the Transaction, all of which are being transferred to LLA upon closing of the Transaction.

  • Other listings that are made available to GTE Customers (e.g. additional listings, non-published status, foreign listings, etc.,) will be made available to AT&T Customers on the same rates, terms and conditions as available to GTE Customers.

  • More specifically, GTE will not charge AT&T or AT&T Customers for annual distribution of directories.
