Local Search Visibility. In addition to the other terms of this Agreement and this Schedule O, Customers who purchase the Local Search Visibility feature of nsMarketing™ Services understand and agree that as a part of this package Network Solutions will offer applications and other related functionality that will generate or recommend keyword phrases that the Customer may consider using. Customer agrees not to abuse such applications by submitting multiple repeated requests. Network Solutions reserves the right to terminate, suspend, revoke or cancel access to these and other applications if the Customer abuses them in any way. Customer also acknowledges and agrees that Network Solutions or any of its partners do not perform any type of intellectual property search or screen on any recommended keyword phrases. Consequently, Customer accepts that it assumes all risk and liability for using recommended keyword phrases that are generated through provided applications or are otherwise recommended by Network Solutions. Network Solutions is not responsible for any claims by any parties involving Customer's use of recommended keywords that may be in violation of any third party's rights (including intellectual property rights). Customer expressly authorizes Network Solutions to submit the Customer's site and information related to such site to search engines and/or directories and to set the Customer's site for automatic re-submission to search engines and/or directories at a frequency determined by Customer updates to their information. If the submission fails due to errors in the customer's information, the Customer assumes the responsibility for correcting their information. Customer expressly understands that the list of search engines and directories to which Network Solutions submits Customer's site and information related to such site may change at any time and therefore Customer expressly authorizes Network Solutions to change search engines and/or directories for submission purposes when the need may arise. From time to time, Network Solutions may make certain search engine or online directory ranking reports available to a Customer as part of this service. Such reports may contain inaccurate or incomplete information and such reports may also not contain updated information. Network Solutions is not responsible for any errors, omissions or other issues that may arise from such reports or the submission of Customer's site to any search engine or directory.   • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Signaling protocol The Parties will interconnect their networks using SS7 signaling where Technically Feasible and available as defined in GR 905 Telcordia Standards including ISDN User Part (ISUP) for trunk signaling and TCAP for CCS-based features in the Interconnection of their networks. All Network Operations Forum (NOF) adopted standards shall be adhered to. Where available, CenturyLink signaling services to link its Signaling Transfer Points (STPs) for CLEC switches which connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “A” links or for CLEC’s STPs to connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “D” links which are dedicated to the transport of signaling for local Interconnection, may be ordered from the CenturyLink Tariff.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Signaling Each Party will provide the other Party with access to its databases and associated signaling necessary for the routing and completion of the other Party’s traffic in accordance with the provisions contained in the Unbundled Network Element Attachment or applicable access tariff.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
