LOCATION AGREEMENT. The parties shall enter into a separate location agreement regarding Producer’s photographing, filming and/or taping its guests in connection with an episode of the Program at the Location (the “Location Agreement”). In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of the Location Agreement, the terms and conditions contained herein shall apply.
