Plant Operator. CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES The employer will classify employees within the Civil Construction and Maintenance Employees structure having regard to the work level definitions prescribed in accordance with this Schedule. An employer may require an employee as part of the normal duties attached to their position, to carry out any range of tasks of the same or lower classification from any number of occupational groups if;
Plant Operator. Grade 2 Plant Operator - Grade 2 shall mean an employee engaged by the Company, who has completed the six month probationery period and completed appropriate training and obtained their plant operators licence and has gained to skills required to perform the following; ▪ Understands and is responsible for quality control standards. ▪ Possesses an advanced level of interpersonal and communication skills. ▪ Responsible for checking the quality of their own work. ▪ Sound working knowledge of all warehousing/stores duties performed at levels below this grade, exercise discretion in scope of this grade. ▪ May perform work required, with no supervision individually or in a team environment. ▪ Must be competent to perform one or more of the following tasks/duties or combination thereof: o Use of a visual display unit for purposes such as the maintenance of a deposit storage system, information input/retrieval, etc. o Operation of all materials handling equipment under licence including certified operation of plant machinery (employees required to operate the irradiator as part of their general duties on completion of the plant operator's certificate). o In addition to the above may be responsible for the proper application and maintenance of appropriate occupational health and safety standards and equipment. Included are xxxxxx counter, and safety light operation. ▪ Employee will perform duties of the Storeworker Grade 1 upon request and as circumstance requires.
Plant Operator. Landlord agrees that it will employ a certified wastewater treatment plant operator and said certified operator will have completed the necessary training as required by the MPCA in the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Fixed Spray Irrigation System.

Plant Operator. A Plant Operator shall: • Work individually or in a team environment; and, • Holds a statutory licence or certificate of competency that is acceptable to the Employer; and • Possess the relevant skills, experience, knowledge and ability required by the Employer. • Perform labouring duties.

Plant Operator. Employees within the classification of Plant Operator who are assigned to work at CKTP and who have obtained a Level III certification shall receive premium pay as follows:
Plant Operator. Employees within the classification of Plant Operator who are assigned to work at CKTP and who have obtained a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Level III certification or higher shall receive a seven percent (7%) premium pay for all compensable time.

Plant Operator. Re-classification Upon three (3) months of full-time employment, an individual's probationary status shall be reviewed. Shift Differential and Lead Hand Pay (Maintenance Employees) Shift differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour will be applied on all afternoon shift hours. Shift differential of one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) per hour will be applied on all midnight shift hours. Lead Hand pay will be seventy-five cents (75 per hour and designated by the shop supervisor Shift Differential and Lead Hand Pay Warehouse Shift differential of thirty-five cents (35 per hour will be applied on all afternoon shift hours. An Employee assigned to an afternoon shift who is required to report for such shift prior to will be paid the afternoon shift differential for hours worked. Shift differential of fifty cents (50 per hour will be applied on all midnight shift hours. Maintenance Helper Rate When Warehouse aid a Maintenance Man in the performance of his duties a rate differential of fifty cents (50 per hour will be paid in excess of the Warehouse regular rate while he is performing Maintenance Helper duties. Sleeper Rates Sleeper rates: add to mileage rates of pay (total is split). Special Rates Inventory moves from Edmonton to Saskatoon and Edmonton to Regina, and hauls will be paid at of regular Rates of Pay, unless part of 2-way loaded trip. Safety Incentive Pay Mechanics The Company and the Association will administer the Mechanics incentive plan per Appendix Student The Company shall designate Drivers to do training and said Drivers are to receive an additional three dollars ($3) per hour when training.
