Location Fee. Customer’s Fees may include a schedule of Fees associated with a specific number of Authorized Locations and/or Authorized Territories (the “Location Fee”), which is equal to the identified per location fee multiplied by the greater of the number of Authorized Locations or Authorized Territories (the “Location Fee”).

Location Fee. A charge noted on the Form where You collect the Vehicle from and/or return the Vehicle to particular locations, including but not limited to airport and downtown locations. The Location Fee varies from location to location and is levied as a percentage of other charges as shown on the Form
Location Fee. A location fee of 62 EUR will apply to the total price of all applicable rentals (only applies to non- inclusive rentals for Economy Rent a Car reservations).
Location Fee. In addition to the Consulting Fee, Consultant shall receive a fee for each well both drilled in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming and Montana and drilled on either undrilled Company-owned properties as of the date of this Agreement or undrilled properties acquired by the Company subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such amount being referred to hereinafter as the "Location Fee." The Location Fee for each well shall be determined by multiplying $5,000 by the working interest of the Company in such well at the time it is drilled and shall be paid to Consultant on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month immediately following the calendar month in which such well is spudded.

Location Fee. Permittee hereby agrees to pay to ICO a location fee in the sum of $ for each day or part thereof in the term of the Permit. The location fee covers all personnel, work crews, actors, and outside catering personnel, if any, employed by and/or contracted for the Production. Location Fee. The Location Fee is exclusive of VAT, which the Licensee shall be liable to pay as an additional amount at the rate and manner as prescribed by law. EU licensees registered for VAT are required to quote their VAT registration number. Unless otherwise agreed in writing the University shall be paid the Location Fee by the Licensee within 30 days of receipt of a payable invoice. All amounts due shall be paid in full without any deduction or withholding other than as required by law and the Licensee shall not be entitled to assert any credit, set-off or counterclaim against the University in order to justify withholding payment of any such amount in whole or in part. If the Licensee fails to make any payment due to the University under this Agreement by the due date for payment, the Licensee shall pay interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4 per cent per annum above the base rate from time to time of Barclays Bank plc, compounded monthly. If the Licensee terminates this Agreement in accordance with Clause 9.1 more than 48 hours before the hour at which the agreed Filming/Recording Period is to commence, the Licensee shall pay to the University a cancellation fee of 15 per cent of the Location Fee (net of VAT) no later than 14 days from the date of such termination. In the event that the Licensee terminates this Agreement in accordance with Clause 9.1 less than 48 hours before the hour at which the Filming/Recording Period is to commence, the Licensee shall pay the University a cancellation fee amounting to the lesser of £300 or 50 per cent of the total Location Fee payable had the Filming/Recording Period proceeded as permitted. Upon such termination and payment of the cancellation fee the Licensee shall have no further obligation to the University in respect of the Location Fee.
