Location of Files. Original personnel records for current employees will be kept in a location designated by the Town Supervisor and will be maintained and controlled by the Town Supervisor. Employee medical records will be kept in a separate locked file apart from the employee’s personnel file and will be maintained and controlled by the Town Supervisor.
