Recall from Leave. Once an employee's annual leave has been approved, his/her leave shall not be canceled or modified for any reason, except with mutual agreement, or in the case of an emergency as defined by section 2.2.

9.12. A Unit Employee who has had a break in service shall be credited with prior periods of full-time state employment for leave accrual purposes if that employee's current period of full-time state employment has been three (3) or more continuous years in duration. Only prior periods of full-time state employment of two (2) or more consecutive years in duration shall be eligible for crediting.
Recall from Leave. 49.1 Where the Chief Executive Officer cancels approved Annual Leave for an employee without reasonable notice, the Chief Executive Officer may approve the reimbursement of any reasonable expenses incurred by the employee and their immediate family that are not otherwise recoverable under any insurance or from any other source and which are a direct result of the cancellation of the leave.
Recall from Leave. The Board of Education reserves the prerogative of recalling to service any or all employees who have been granted leaves of absence when an emergency or teacher shortage makes such action necessary. It is understood, however, that leaves granted for personal illness, approved educational commitments, military service, Red Cross, Peace Corps, or V.I.S.T.A. service shall not be affected by this provision.
Recall from Leave. (a) The Company may recall a Pilot from annual leave in circumstances where:
(i) there is a declared state of emergency; and/or
(ii) the Company is obligated to respond as a function of the Queensland disaster management arrangement.
(b) Outside of the circumstances in paragraph (a), a recall from annual leave will only occur by mutual agreement between a Pilot and the Company.
(c) A reasonable expense or fee incurred in a recall will be recoverable by the Pilot, from the Company, on substantiation of the expense by the provision of receipts.
Recall from Leave. (a) With mutual agreement, an employee may be recalled from leave.
(b) The employer shall reimburse the employee to the extent that a recall from leave incurs additional costs or material loss on the employee.
Recall from Leave. 13.1.1 A payment of 1/365th of the annual salary will be made to an employee on a day of attendance for duty having been recalled from Rostered leave, to cover for xxxxxxx shortages which may arise due to unexpected or unscheduled work, and for any short term absences including in respect of workers compensation, sick leave, personal carer's leave and compassionate leave, as provided in this Agreement. Leave accrued for a day recalled from rostered leave will be discharged on a mutually agreeable day or half day, and within three months of the accrual.
13.1.2 Recall payments shall not apply to unscheduled work for which a rostered-on employee was not ordered.
13.1.3 The number of, and reason for, recalls from leave will be monitored jointly by Xxxxx and Management to ensure that the cost of such recalls is minimised.
Recall from Leave. 34.4.1 Subject to subclause 34.4.2, the Company will not be entitled to recall an Employee from annual leave except by mutual agreement between the Company and that Employee, in which case the Employee shall be paid in accordance with this Agreement for the time so re-called and his/her annual leave shall be re-credited for the duration of the recall.

Where an employee has consented to be recalled before the expiry of his leave, he shall, if he so wishes, be paid appropriate cash compensation for the unutilized leave. An employee may carry forward such unutilized leave as a result of being recalled from leave to be taken not later than the end of his next leave year or at any other convenient time mutually agreed. Unutilized leave carried forward as a result from being recalled from leave shall not count as accumulated leave under Clause 36.6. Any cost resulting from the recall shall be reimbursed to the employee.

11.1. Entitlement: Full-time employees in the bargaining unit will be entitled to accrue sick leave in accor formula given below. The purpose of sick leave is to afford employees protection against lost income from to illness or injury and, in particular long-term disability due to catastrophic illness or injury. Sick leave is n supplement other leave provisions of this Agreement and is intended to be used only for the purpose set Sick leave shall be computed at the end of each completed month of service. Employees rendering season temporary service in excess of six (6) months, shall be entitled to accrue sick leave at the same rate for ti worked.
