LOCKER RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT. MIDDLE & SENIOR YEARS 11.1 Lockers are provided to students to assist with their organisation and alleviate the need to carry heavy bags. They provide some security for books and school materials during the day. 11.2 Lockers are located in various areas around the College. They can organise their things for learning and access additional materials they keep in their lockers. 11.3 Students must accept all responsibilities as outlined below. Signing the Enrolment Agreement Form is an agreement to accept these responsibilities and conditions of locker use as outlined below.

LOCKER RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT. MIDDLE & SENIOR YEARS 11.1 Lockers are provided to students to assist with their organisation and alleviate the need to carry heavy bags. They provide some security for books and school materials during the day. 11.2 Lockers are located in various areas around the College. Students can empty their school bags in the morning, leave them on the bag racks outside and bring home with them their materials for the day. They can organise their things for learning and access additional materials they keep in their lockers when needed. Lockers cannot be accessed out of school hours. 11.3 Students must accept all responsibilities as outlined below. Signing the Enrolment Agreement Form is an agreement to accept these responsibilities and conditions of locker use as outlined below. 11.4 Students must bring their padlock and key at the beginning of Term 1. A spare key will be held by the Home form teacher. In addition, the school has available a number of padlocks for hire. A hire charge of $30.00 will be billed to families in Term 1 for padlocks provided by the school. $20.00 will be deducted from the family account on return of the lock and key in good working order. Replacement keys will be charged to family accounts at a cost of approximately $10.00 each.

  • Owner Responsibilities The project owner or the engineer or architect of record acting as the owner’s agent shall fund special inspection services.

  • Customer Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all access to and use of the Service through your account or password(s) and for any fees incurred for the Service, or for software or other merchandise purchased through the Service, or any other expenses incurred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree that you are responsible for backing up (a) any data you submit, receive or transfer over the Service, including, without limitation, your email; and (b) any data, files, programs, or applications on any device you connect to the Service. You acknowledge that you are aware that content accessible on or through the Service may contain material that is unsuitable for minors (persons under 18 years of age). You agree to supervise usage of your account by minors. You ratify and confirm any obligations incurred by a minor using your account.

  • User Responsibilities i. Users are required to follow good security practices in the selection and use of passwords; ii. Users shall ensure that unattended equipment is protected; and iii. Users shall adopt a clear desk policy for papers and removable storage media and a clear screen policy for information processing facilities.

  • Provider Responsibilities The Private Child-Caring Facility (PCC) (a.k.a., Provider) must comply with the following requirements:

  • Customer Responsibilities Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.

  • Engineers Responsibility The Engineer shall be responsible for the accuracy of its work and shall promptly make necessary revisions or corrections resulting from its errors, omissions, or negligent acts without compensation. The Engineer will not be relieved of the responsibility for subsequent correction of any such errors or omissions or for clarification of any ambiguities until after the construction phase of the project has been completed.

  • Management Responsibility No Limited Partner, as such, shall take part in the management of the business or transact any business for the Partnership.
