HIRE CHARGE. 4.1 Select shall pay the Hire Charges for Plant and Services provided for the Hire Period subject to any entitlement Select has under this Agreement or at law to deduct or set-off amounts.
HIRE CHARGE. 2.1 The Hire Charge shall be £ per hour, payable at the rate of £ per month, in advance, on the first of each month in respect of the month commencing on the following 10th of the month. No refund will be made for non-availability (see 3.1b and c, below) or for sessions made available by the Church, but not taken up by the Hirer. HIRE CHARGE. 8.1 The hire charge is essentially the tariff agreed in the rental contract together with further fees and expenses. With the conclusion of this rental contract, the Hirer confirms that he/she has acknowledged these charges, fees, and costs and expressly agrees to them (incl. mileage limit, charges for extras such as additional accessories, additional driver's charges, costs of a limitation of liability in accordance with Clauses 15.5 et seqq. below, charges for delivery and collection service, etc.).

HIRE CHARGE. Atlas Copco shall send an Invoice to the Hirer for the Hire Charge(s) every 28 days or per calendar month in arrears (to be determined at the sole discretion of Atlas Copco) and the Hirer shall pay all sums due under the Invoice within thirty (30) days of the date of the Invoice. The Hire Charge shall be paid to Atlas Copco electronically by Bank Automated Clearing System (“BACS”) or as otherwise agreed between Atlas Copco and the Hirer and stated on the Invoice. The Hirer will pay Value Added Tax at the standard rate for the time being in force, wherever applicable. Time shall be of the essence in respect of the payment of all sums due hereunder. Sums due shall be paid in GBP pounds Sterling. All payments to be made by either party under this Agreement shall be made without withholding or set-off on account of disputes, counterclaims or for any other reason whatsoever.
HIRE CHARGE. 3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, You shall pay the greater of the Hire Charge or the Minimum Charge to Us during the Hire Period.
HIRE CHARGE. 4.1 The hire charge (the "Hire Charge") is as specified in the Schedule. The Hirer shall pay to the Owner in advance the Hire Charge stated in the Schedule, with the first payment due and payable on the date of the commencement of the Hire Period and subsequent payments to be made at consecutive intervals specified in the Schedule without prior demand by the Owner. Time shall be of the essence in respect of the payment of all sums due hereunder and the Hirer shall be deemed to have repudiated this Agreement if any Hire Charge or other payments due, owing or payable under this Agreement (the "Outstandings") shall remain unpaid for more than seven (7) days after becoming due, owing or payable.
