HIRE CHARGE. 4.1 Select shall pay the Hire Charges for Plant and Services provided for the Hire Period subject to any entitlement Select has under this Agreement or at law to deduct or set-off amounts. 4.2 The Company will stand down the Plant during Christmas shut down periods and while the Plant is not available for use including but not limited to mechanical breakdown, wet weather and industrial action, and at other times when the Plant is not in use as agreed between the parties or directed by Select. There shall be no cost to Select during periods of stand down that are not directly caused by Select or its client. 4.3 For Plant that is supplied with Personnel, it is a condition precedent to payment that the Company provides: (a) an accurate and completed emissions report in a format directed by Select up to the date for which the Company is claiming payment; (b) weekly timesheets to be signed by a Select representative when Plant is supplied by the Company to substantiate the hire charges up to the date for which the Company is claiming payment; and (c) a signed statutory declaration that: (i) all plant operators’ wages due in connection with the Agreement have been duly paid; (ii) it is a registered employer in accordance with the applicable Income Tax Assessment Act, as amended from time to time, and that all deductions from employees’ wages in compliance with that registration have been remitted to the Taxation Commissioner by the due date; and (iii) provision has been made for all other employee entitlements in accordance with clause 0.

HIRE CHARGE. 5.1 SFS shall pay to the Owner during the term of hire the monthly hire charge of S$ for the Vehicle. Payments will be made on a monthly basis within 30 days after SFS’s receipt of the Owner's monthly invoice. 5.2 Where any part of a calendar month is included in the term of hire, the hire charge due and payable by SFS will be prorated in respect of such period. 5.3 The hire charge stated in Clause 5.1 is exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) calculated by reference thereto. Such GST shall be paid by SFS. The Owner shall submit its tax invoices to SFS for payment of GST.

HIRE CHARGE. 2.1 The Hire Charge shall initially be [£ ] per hour, payable at the rate of [£ ] per month, in advance, on the first of each month in respect of the month commencing on the following 10th of the month. No refund will be made for non- availability (see 3.1b and c, below) or for sessions made available by the Church, but not taken up by the Club. Refunds will only be paid under the terms of clause 1.3, above. 2.2 The Church may adjust the Hire Charge by no more than a recognised inflation index on or after [ ] and shall give notice of such change three months before the date when the new change is to come into effect.

HIRE CHARGE. 6.1 The Hire Charge at Container Works’ election: (a) is the charge (including Service Charges) recorded on any invoice provided by Container Works to the Hirer in respect of the hire of a Container; or (b) if a quotation was provided by Container Works, the Hire Charge is Container Works’ quoted price which shall be binding on the Hirer provided that the Hirer accepts the quotation in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving the quotation. Container Works reserves the right to change the amount of the Hire Charge in the event of a variation to the quotation. 6.2 The Hirer is liable for the following charges, costs and expenses: (a) the Hire Charge for the Hire Period (including up until the expiry of any Fixed Term); (b) any Service Charges (if applicable); (c) additional charges where clause 5.2(b) or 5.3 apply; (d) costs of repair of any damage to the Container; (e) repair and/or cleaning fees (if applicable) as provided under clause 6.3; (f) default interest for late payment (if applicable); and, (g) any costs incurred by Container Works undertaking the activities contemplated by clause 13.3. 6.3 The Hirer must return the Container to Container Works in the same unaltered condition as the condition of the Container on the date the Hire Period commenced (including, without limitation, removing of all goods and/or items not belonging to Container Works) (fair wear and tear excepted). 6.4 If the Hirer does not comply with clause 6.3, Container Works is entitled to charge replacement, repair and/or cleaning fees as determined by Container Works which will be charged if the Hirer returns the Container in a state that Container Works determines (in its sole discretion, but acting reasonably) is not the same unaltered condition as the condition of the Container on the date the Hire Period commenced (including, without limitation, removing of all goods and/or items not belonging to Container Works) (fair wear and tear excepted). Container Works will, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the Hirer of the relevant replacement, repair and/or cleaning fees.

HIRE CHARGE. The hire charge (the "Hire Charge") is as specified in the Schedule. The Hirer shall pay to the Owner in advance the Hire Charge stated in the Schedule, with the first payment due and payable on the date of the commencement of the Hire Period and subsequent payments to be made at consecutive intervals specified in the Schedule without prior demand by the Owner. Time shall be of the essence in respect of the payment of all sums due hereunder and the Hirer shall be deemed to have repudiated this Agreement if any Hire Charge or other payments due, owing or payable under this Agreement (the "Outstandings") shall remain unpaid for more than seven (7) days after becoming due, owing or payable.

HIRE CHARGE. 3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, You shall pay the greater of the Hire Charge or the Minimum Charge to Us during the Hire Period. 3.2 The Hire Charge is based on the number of days the Equipment is in your possession or control. 3.3 If the Equipment breaks down, You must notify Us immediately. If the Equipment breaks down due to no fault on your part, the Hire Charge will be suspended for such period of time the Equipment is out of service. If the Equipment is repaired, you must pay Us the Hire Charge from the date the Equipment is repaired. 3.4 If, due to fault on your part, the Equipment breaks down, we reserve the right to charge you the Hire Charge during the entire Hire Period but we shall endeavour to promptly carry out any necessary repairs to the Equipment. 3.5 A minimum 5 day Hire Period and Hire Charge applies for Weed and Seed Equipment whether or not you stand the equipment down for any reason. 3.6 The Hire Charge applies on weekends and public holidays whether or not the Equipment is being used.

HIRE CHARGE. (a) The Hirer shall pay to the Owner on or before the Thirty First (31) day of each and every month commencing from the ……………….., 2021 within the period, a monthly hire charge of the sum of Rupees ……………… (Rs. …………..) + Tax in respect of each such month for a ………… Double Cab and a monthly hire charge of the sum of Rupees (Rs. …………..) + Tax in respect of each such month for a motorcar irrespective of the number of kilometers operated monthly. (b) Any increase or change in Governmental taxes applicable to usage of hired motor vehicles from time to time will be passed on to the Hirer.
