Common use of Lockers and Employee Privacy Clause in Contracts

Lockers and Employee Privacy. (a) The Employer shall will provide lockers within the building. Due to heightened security, part-time employees shall may empty their lockers at the end of each shift. Any locked/abandoned lockers will be opened by the Employer in the presence of the shop xxxxxxx and the contents removed.
