Lockouts, Strikes, Work Stoppages. The City agrees that so long as this Agreement is in effect there shall be no lockouts. The Lodge, it's members, officers, agents and employees covered by this agreement agree that there shall be no strikes, sit-downs, boycotts, interruption of work or interference with public services for any cause whatsoever.
