Locks, Keys, Keycards. Each Resident will be given one electronic apartment key fob, one mailbox key, one ID card, one magnetic keycard for clubhouse access, plus one garage access card, parking sticker and/or gate access card, if applicable. These keys, key fobs, keycards, stockers and ID cards must be returned to management upon vacating the premises. If a resident is locked out of an apartment, management will unlock the door (upon resident presenting photo ID) during office hours at no charge for the first instance; additional or after-hours lockouts will be charged to the resident at $75 per instance. Replacement of a lost key device, sticker or ID will be charged to the resident at $50 per electronic key fob (including lock reprogramming), $25 per mailbox key, $75 per ID card, and $100 per garage access card, replacement parking sticker or gate access card. Any key device not returned at the time the premises are vacated will be charged to the resident at the same rates. No locks may be changed or added to any doors without management’s written consent. Cleanliness; Removal of Trash. All garbage, refuse and other types of waste must be placed inside receptacles provided by management. No trash or other waste may be disposed of or stored on the grounds of the community, kept by an entrance door or in a hallway or stairwell, or placed in improper containers or elsewhere in the community. Each resident (together with roommates as applicable) is responsible for cleaning and keeping the assigned apartment and all furnishings in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. Trash should be disposed of promptly and properly. Trash chutes are provided by management on each level of the community; however, furniture, chemicals, hazardous materials, batteries, computer monitors, televisions, computers, stereos or other electronic devices are not permitted in the dumpsters.   • Locks 1) The landlord must not change locks or other means of access to residential property unless the landlord provides each tenant with new keys or other means of access to the residential property. 2) The landlord must not change locks or other means of access to a rental unit unless the tenant agrees and is given new keys. 3) The tenant must not change locks or other means of access to a) common areas of residential property, unless the landlord consents to the change, or b) his or her rental unit, unless the landlord consents in writing to, or an arbitrator has ordered, the change.

  • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept prepaid Visa cards. The physical card may be used in shops and retail locations where the Cardholder is physically present or for online and other distance purchases. Your Card cannot be used to make cash withdrawals from ATMs and banks. Like any Card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – Cardholders should check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if unsure. The Cardholder will not be able to use the Card to make any purchases from some retailers; such retailers have been blocked by Our systems in order to prevent the potential use of cards for unauthorised or unlawful activity. 2.2 The Card is an electronic money (“e-money”) product, regulated by the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”), Gibraltar. It is a prepaid card not a credit card and is not linked to Your bank account. You must ensure that You have sufficient Available Funds in the Master Wallet for the Cardholder to pay for each purchase or payment using the Card. The Card is intended for use as a means of payment, and funds loaded onto the Card do not constitute a deposit. You will not earn interest on the balance of the Card. The Card will expire on the Expiry Date and will cease to work. Please check clause 8 of this Agreement for further information. 2.3 The electronic money associated with the Card is issued by IDTFS to You. 2.4 When the Cardholder receives the Card, it will be issued in an inactive state. The Cardholder will need to activate it by logging onto Our Website, in Your personal login area (“Online Account Centre”) and then following the login and activation request for the Card prior to use. The Card will normally be ready for use one hour after activation. If the Cardholder does not activate the Card, any transactions that the Cardholder attempts to carry out may be declined.

  • Passwords Passwords are an important aspect of computer security. A poorly chosen password may result in unauthorized access and/or exploitation of Placer County’s resources. All users, including contractors and vendors with access to the County’s systems, are responsible for the creation and protection of passwords and additionally any updates to County Password policies must be followed. Users must not use the same password for Placer County accounts and personal accounts. The reliability of passwords for maintaining confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Always assume that someone, in addition to the intended or designated recipient, may read any and all messages and files. Any user suspecting that his/her password may have been compromised must, without delay, report the incident to Placer County IT. 10.2.4.1 Passwords must never be shared or disclosed. If a password is accidentally exposed or suspected of exposure, the password should be changed immediately. 10.2.4.2 All passwords must be changed on a specified, periodic basis. 10.2.4.3 Default passwords provided by the vendor for access to applications/systems on the network must be changed to unique and secret passwords. 10.2.4.4 Immediately inform the Information Technology Service Desk when user accounts are no longer required or will not be used for a period of 30 days or more. 10.2.4.5 All accounts not used for 90 days will be automatically disabled.

  • Keys Keys with tags attached indicating number and/or description of door or room each key is intended to fit attached to each key shall be delivered to the Owner. Contractor shall prepare and furnish with the keys an itemized key schedule in quintuplicate listing the door or room number and/or description, serial number of key, and number of keys being delivered for each door or lock.

  • LOCKS AND KEYS The RESIDENT MAY NOT install additional locking devices or other security devices in the PREMISES without the written consent from the MANAGEMENT. If approved, the RESIDENT will supply the MANAGEMENT office with duplicate keys. The RESIDENT shall not alter or modify in any way any locks provided by the MANAGEMENT. The RESIDENT shall be responsible to restore the PREMISES to the exact condition as it was prior to the installation of locks or other security devices and all damages to the PREMISES shall be paid to the MANAGEMENT by the RESIDENT. Upon termination of this LEASE, RESIDENT shall surrender to the MANAGEMENT all keys issued to the PREMISES or be liable for costs incurred to replace the locks and keys.

  • Removable media devices All electronic files that contain DHCS PHI or PI data must be encrypted when stored on any removable media or portable device (i.e. USB thumb drives, floppies, CD/DVD, smartphones, backup tapes etc.).   • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Communications Equipment (a) Subject to the provisions of this Section 3.5, Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right, at its sole cost and expense and for Tenant’s use, to install, maintain and operate upon the roof of the Building one (1) or a reasonable and necessary additional number of transmitters and/or receiver antennas or dishes approved by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed (collectively, the “Communications Equipment”) for use by Tenant in the conduct of its business; provided that such Communications Equipment may not materially compromise the aesthetics or appearance of the Building nor shall Landlord be required to incur any expense in accommodating the Communications Equipment. The Communications Equipment must be (i) designed, installed and operated in compliance with all Legal Requirements, and (ii) installed and operated so as not to adversely affect or impact structural, mechanical, electrical, elevator, or other systems serving the Building or customary telephone service for the Building and so as not to cause injury to persons or property, and without limitation of the foregoing, so as not to void or impair any applicable roof warranty. Upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, Tenant shall remove the Communications Equipment and repair any damage to the Building caused by the installation, maintenance, use or removal of the Communications Equipment. (b) Landlord hereby grants to Tenant the right to install (at Tenant’s sole cost and expense) any additional equipment required to operate the Communications Equipment and to connect the Communications Equipment to Tenant’s other machinery and equipment located in the Leased Premises (e.g., conduits and cables) in the shafts, ducts, chases and utility closets located in the core of the building (“Additional Equipment”), which Additional Equipment shall be deemed a part of the Communications Equipment for all purposes of this Section 3.5; provided that (i) the use of such space in the Building core by Tenant (except customary chases for cabling) may not materially adversely affect the marketability of the remaining space on any floor of the Building, and (ii) to the extent any such Additional Equipment occupies space (other than space in customary chases for the Building) that would have otherwise been Net Rentable Area on a floor of the Building, such space shall be included within the Net Rentable Area of the Leased Premises and Tenant shall be obligated to pay Annual Basic Rent and Additional Rent with respect to such space as if such space was included in the Leased Premises. Tenant’s use of such space in the Building core shall be subject to the provisions of this Lease relating to Tenant’s use of Common Areas of the Building. (c) Subject to the Building Rules and other reasonable rules relating to Building security and safety that may be promulgated by Landlord pertaining to access by tenants to the roof of the Building and provided Tenant does not unreasonably disturb any other tenants of the Building, Tenant and Tenant’s contractors shall have reasonable access to the Communications Equipment and the Additional Equipment for purposes of operating, servicing, repairing or otherwise maintaining said equipment. (d) Nothing contained in this Section 3.5 shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict any other individual or entity, including Landlord or any other tenant of the Building, from installing communications equipment on the roof of the Building or to use the roof for any other purpose. (e) In connection with its installation, repair, maintenance and removal of any Communications Equipment and Additional Equipment, Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, shall comply with all applicable Building Rules and Legal Requirements and repair any damage to the Building caused by such installation, repair, maintenance or removal. In the event that the placement of Tenant’s Communications Equipment or Additional Equipment interferes with Landlord’s performance of any repair or maintenance to the Common Areas, including the roofs of the Buildings, any costs incurred by Landlord to temporarily or permanently relocate and reinstall Tenant’s Communications Equipment or Additional Equipment shall be included in the cost of such repair or maintenance as a Operating Expense. (f) Tenant’s Communications Equipment and Additional Equipment existing as of the Commencement Date are hereby deemed to be approved by Landlord. Any changes to the existing Communications Equipment and/or Additional Equipment by Tenant shall first be approved by Landlord, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. (g) If Landlord shall place on the roof of any Building communications equipment of its own, or shall grant to any third party the right to locate and maintain any such equipment, all such equipment shall be located, designed and operated so as not to interfere with signals to and from Tenant’s Communications Equipment and Additional Equipment, the installation of which, in accordance with this Section 3.5, predates the installation of such other equipment. Similarly, any Communications Equipment and Additional Equipment hereafter installed by Tenant shall be located and designed so as not to interfere with signals to and from such other equipment belonging to Landlord or to third parties, that may have previously been installed. The party responsible for the communications equipment which interferes with equipment previously installed by others shall be required, at its or their expense, to take all measures necessary to eliminate the source of interference caused by such party’s equipment.
