Lodge Pledge. The Lodge, within the terms of its Constitution and By- Laws, agrees not to interfere with the desires of any member to become and remain a member of the Lodge, or to refrain from Lodge membership. The Lodge agrees to fairly represent all employees of the bargaining unit subject to the provisions and procedures of applicable state law.
