Lodgement. An executed copy of this Agreement must be provided to the Player and the AFLPA within fourteen (14) days of execution.
Lodgement. Claims for benefits, appeals, any related documents and any notification or other communication by a person will be lodged with the Competent Institution of the Contracting state.
Lodgement. The employer must do all things necessary to ensure this Agreement has effect. Without limiting clause 3.1 of this Agreement, the Employer must lodge this Agreement in accordance with the requirements of the Fact Sheet. DATE OF EFFECT This Agreement does not have any effect unless: The Agreement is lodged with Coal LSL; and The Agreement is approved by Coal LSL. Subject to clause 4.1, this Agreement takes effect on the date specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 which must be a date after this Agreement is lodged with Coal LSL. The parties acknowledge and accept that: approval of this Agreement by Coal LSL will terminate any Prior Agreement; and unless approved by Coal LSL, this Agreement will not terminate any Prior Agreement.
Lodgement lodge with ASIC:
Lodgement. If the Conditions (other than the Condition in clause 2.1(e)) are satisfied, Talison must lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Court orders approving this Scheme as soon as practicable after such office copy is received, and in any event by no later than 5.00 pm on the Business Day after the date on which the Court makes those orders (or such other Business Day as Talison and Bidder agree in writing).
Lodgement. CBH must lodge with ASIC an office copy of the Scheme Order promptly after, and in any event by 5.00pm on the first Business Day after, the date on which the Court makes that order but always provided that the Scheme Order is not lodged before the Note Scheme Order.
Lodgement. A copy of this Operational Agreement (OA) and its Schedules will be promptly provided to the GIA Secretariat by the OA Parties once signed.
Lodgement. PTM RSA and the Company shall have lodged the Notarial Deed of Cession (within 60 days of execution) at the Mineral and Petroleum Titles Registration Office in terms of section 11(4) of the MPRDA.
