Logbooks and Maintenance Records. Each aircraft (including the aircraft engine, propeller, rotor, or appliance) must be accompanied by logbooks and maintenance records equivalent to those specified in EASA Part 145 and Part M and applicable operations regulations (Joint Aviation Requirements (JAR)-OPS 1.920 (for airplanes) or JAR-OPS 3.920 (for rotorcraft) or its successor EU regulation). equivalent to those specified in 14 CFR 91.417. The maintenance records must also show that, for a used aircraft, the aircraft has had a 100-hour inspection, or equivalent, as specified in 14 CFR 21.183(d).

  • Maintenance Records All maintenance work orders for the prior 12 months.

  • Maintenance of Books and Records Ultimus shall maintain and keep current the accounts, books, records and other documents relating to the Trust’s financial and portfolio transactions as may be required by the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) adopted under Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act. Ultimus shall cause the subject records of the Trust to be maintained and preserved pursuant to the requirements of the 1940 Act.

  • Maintenance and Inspection of Records The City, or its authorized auditors or representatives, shall have access to and the right to audit and reproduce any of the Contractor's records to the extent the City deems necessary to insure it is receiving all money to which it is entitled under the Contract and/or is paying only the amounts to which Contractor is properly entitled under the Contract or for other purposes relating to the Contract. If any litigation, claim or audit is started before the expiration of the six (6) year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Inspection of Books and Records Contractor will permit County, or any duly authorized agent of County, to inspect and examine the books and records of Contractor for the purpose of verifying the amount of work performed under the Scope of Services. County’s right to inspect survives the termination of this Agreement for a period of four years.

  • Maintenance of Records I agree to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company.
