Long Distance Transports. For transports in excess of [____] miles, Facility and Transporter shall mutually agree upon an appointment time. In the event Transporter will not be able to arrive at Facility within the time periods set forth above, Transporter shall immediately notify Facility.

Long Distance Transports. In the event a long-distance transfer may reasonably be expected to last beyond the end of a normal work shift, the following procedure will be followed if time allows. The City may offer the assignment to all qualified on-duty personnel. If the on-duty personnel decline the assignment, qualified personnel on the oncoming shift will be offered the assigmnent If the oncoming personnel decline the assignment, the least senior qualified on-duty person(s) may be directed to perform the assignment.
Long Distance Transports. For transports in excess of 50 miles, Facility and Xxxxxxxxxx EMS shall mutually agree upon an appointment time. In the event Xxxxxxxxxx EMS will not be able to arrive at Facility within the time periods set forth above, Xxxxxxxxxx EMS shall immediately notify Facility. With respect to each request for Transportation Services, if Xxxxxxxxxx EMS should notify Facility that Xxxxxxxxxx EMS is unable to provide such Transportation Services in a timely manner, then Facility shall have the right to cancel such Transportation Services without charge or penalty.
