DUTY PERSONNEL. This Agreement is subject to and subordinate to the rights of the City of Alamo Heights and the City of San Antonio, pursuant to the terms of that certain Sublease Agreement dated February 26, 1990, by and between the City of Alamo Heights and Heights Pool, Ltd., and that certain Lease Agreement by and between the City of Alamo Heights and the City of San Antonio, executed on or about April 24, 1947, and that certain Lease Contract Extension by and between the City of Alamo Heights and the City of San Antonio executed on or about November 3, 1987.

Further 8 all probationary Firefighters, Volunteer Firefighters or Interim Firefighters shall not be 9 considered part of the two (2) person ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ordinance unless they have met the qualifications 10 set forth by the City "Entry Level Review Board", this board shall be comprised of the Senior 11 Lieutenant and Senior Firefighter and the Fire Chief.
