Full time Employees who complete ten (10) years continuous service are working a five day week will be entitled to 13 weeks (65 working days) long service leave at the rate completion of 1.3 weeks on full pay ten years continuous service or access to prorata long service leave at seven years of completed service with Health Super after which long service leave will accrue as follows: * 10-15 years of service - an additional 6.5 working days for each every completed year of continuous service. * 16-45 years of service and a proportionate amount - an additional 6.5 working days for an incomplete every completed year of service thereafterservice.
