Long Term Disability (LTD. 3.1. For the duration of this Agreement, the University shall provide, at no cost to all BUFMs, LTD coverage with a benefit of 60% their monthly earnings to a maximum benefit of $3,000 a month. 3.2. All other substantive LTD insurance provisions shall be substantially equivalent to those that existed as of January 1, 2016. 3.3. For further details, BUFMs may refer to the Plan Booklet which is available online at the Office of Human Resources website.
