Long Term Disability or WCB Leave. a) Employees who are on Long Term Disability or Workers' Compensation shall be given an unpaid leave of absence until they are fit to return to work.

Long Term Disability or WCB Leave. a) Employees who are on Long Term Disability long term disability or Workers' Compensation shall be given an unpaid temporary leave of absence for a period not to exceed two (2) years until they are fit to return to work. An extension of such leave may be granted upon request of the employee and shall be granted for an additional year upon receipt of a Doctor's certificate that indicates the necessity of such extension.
