Common use of Long Term Disability Plans Clause in Contracts

Long Term Disability Plans. The terms of the long term disability plans, including those changes adopted from time to time, shall be deemed incorporated by reference into this collective agreement and shall be considered enforceable in the same way as all other provisions of this collective agreement. This provision applies to all of the plans in effect as of the signing date of this collective agreement, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
