Common use of Long Term Disability Clause in Contracts

Long Term Disability. The City shall provide to employees with six (6) months continuous service a Long-Term Disability (LTD) plan that provides, after a ninety (90) day elimination period, sixty-six percent (66%) salary (subject to integration) up to age sixty-five (65).
