Common use of Long Term Disability Clause in Contracts

Long Term Disability. 2 a. All bargaining unit employees will be covered by a County-paid 3 group long term disability insurance policy, the provisions of which will be the same as those 4 in the UNUM group policy available to Multnomah County employees.

Insurance All bargaining unit employees members that work twenty 17 (20) hours or more per week will continue to be covered by a County-paid 3 group long long-term 18 disability insurance policy, the provisions of which will shall be the same as those 4 in the current 19 UNUM group policy available applicable to Multnomah bargaining unit employees. The County employeesmay not terminate a 20 disabled employee (except for cause unrelated to the disability) during the period of disability.
