Long Term Leave Without Pay. All employees who are approved for leave of absence will not jeopardize their consideration for reappointment under Article l3 of the TA and ELC Appendices, assuming the employees are eligible for reappointment and confirm their availability for reappointment within eight (8) weeks of the commencement of the term when they will return.
