Long-Term Rental. For leases having a term of six (6) months or longer, a MONTHLY FEE of 10% of the gross monthly rental income received, or $100.00 per Unit per month, whichever is greater.

Long-Term Rental. You acknowledge that you accept responsibility to maintain the Vehicle in a roadworthy condition for the duration of the Rental Period. Should the Rental Period span the normal maintenance intervals, it is your responsibility to return the Vehicle to the nearest Car Health location for a changeover to a replacement vehicle in a serviceable condition.
Long-Term Rental. Guest understands and agrees that the gas and electric are charged as actual costs based upon a reading of the meter at the time of arrival and at the time of departure.

Long-Term Rental. (a) The Renter is required to provide 21 days notice to cancel the booking.
Long-Term Rental. Long term rentals (in excess of three days) may only be allowed during weekdays (Monday through Friday). No more than two weeks may be scheduled without Board approval. Additional deposit amounts will apply in the amount of $75.00 per week rented. Each weekend, all items must be moved out and the facility cleaned. For scheduled public POA meetings, the facility must be vacated. Personal items may be left at renter’s own risk.
Long-Term Rental. If Agent used the Unit for “long-term rental”, then Agent shall retain twenty percent (20%) of the Monthly Adjusted Gross Rental Revenue minus the Amenity Fee.

  • Vacating at End of Term; Renewal This Agreement does not automatically renew, and Owner is not obligated to renew it. Owner reserves the right to contract with others for the premises at any time, for occupancy commencing after the End Date. The parties mutually agree that Resident’s tenancy and right of occupancy will end automatically on the End Date and that this provision constitutes notice of termination on the End Date. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, Resident will immediately vacate and relinquish the bedroom space and entire apartment, and all of Owner’s fixtures, in a clean and sanitary condition, including removing all trash. Resident will pay all utility and service bills to the bedroom space and apartment (except those provided by Owner as specified above) and cancel all utility accounts in the name of Resident. Resident will return to Owner all keys issued to Resident by Owner. If all keys issued to Resident are not returned promptly to Owner, Resident will pay all costs associated with re-keying or reprogramming locks for the bedroom space and/or apartment, along with the cost of key replacement. If Resident fails to vacate the bedroom space and apartment by the end of the Term or upon earlier termination of the Agreement, Resident will pay an administrative fee in the amount of $300.00 plus agreed holdover charges equal to three (3) times the daily pro- rated housing charges during the Term (but not more than the amount provided by law), plus associated expenses, including attorneys’ fees as allowed by law. In no event after termination or expiration of this Agreement will it be deemed to be renewed or extended.

  • Long Term Care The City may offer an option for employees to purchase a new long-term care benefit for themselves and certain family members.

  • Long Term Leaves Long-term leaves are expected to be one year or less in duration to the extent feasible. At the end of the leave the employee will be returned to his/her former position or a position of similar nature. It is the responsibility of the employee to apply for long-term leave by letter to the Executive Director, Human Resources, and if the leave is granted, to advise the Executive Director, Human Resources of his/her return date at the earliest possible time; in no case shall the return date notice be provided later than April 1 for a return at the beginning of the next contract year. In addition to items 1-6 below employees will also enjoy those Family and Medical Leave rights required by state and federal law. Health insurance and other insurance benefits provided through the District may remain in force throughout the leave period, at the employee's discretion, by the employee submitting to the District the monthly premium in advance of each payment due date, provided that such continuation of benefits is allowed by the insurance carrier.

  • Long Term Leave Any employee who declines a reappointment as a Teaching Assistant in order to interrupt his/her program of graduate study for a period not to exceed one (1) year will not jeopardize his/her consideration for reappointment under Article l3.03.

  • Long Term Upon written request from the Executive Director of AFSCME Council 75 to DAS Labor Relations Unit, one (1) President/designee from an AFSCME Council 75 Central Table participating Agency shall be given release time from his/her position for a period of time up to one (1) year for the performance of Union duties related to the collective bargaining relationship. However, if the Union President/designee or Executive Director requests release time for less than his/her full regular schedule, such release time shall be subject to the Employer’s approval based on the operating needs of the employee’s work unit. AFSCME shall, within thirty (30) days of payment to the employee, reimburse the State for payment of appropriate salary, benefits, paid leave time, pension, and all other employer-related costs. Where this reimbursement is expressly prohibited by law or funding source, the employee shall be granted a leave of absence but the Employer will not be responsible for continuing to pay the employee’s salary and benefits. AFSCME shall indemnify and hold the State harmless against any and all claims, damages, suits, or other forms of liability which may arise out of any action taken or not taken by the State for the purpose of complying with this provision.

  • Term; Renewal Subject to Section 4.02 hereof, this Agreement has a one-year term and shall continue in force until the first anniversary of the date hereof. Thereafter, this Agreement may be renewed for an unlimited number of successive one-year terms upon mutual consent of the parties. It is the Board’s duty to evaluate the performance of the Advisor annually before renewing the Agreement, and each such renewal shall be for a term of no more than one year.
