Use of the Kitchen Sample Clauses

Use of the Kitchen. This includes the kitchenette in the Youth Wing. No mashgiach is required by Rinat when the kitchen is not being used. Food must be provided by a caterer listed on Rinat’s approved list (Exhibit C). If the number of guests is fewer than 100 and the food provided is light beverages (non-alcoholic), small pastries, fruit platters and/or packaged snacks, food may be supplied by any caterer on Rinat’s approved list (Exhibit C) or other non-caterer supplier with an appropriate hashgacha acceptable to Rinat, at Rinat’s sole discretion. Any exception to this policy must be pre-approved by Rinat’s kitchen/catering manager.
Use of the KitchenThe Renter may use the kitchen at the Facility for the sole purpose of warming or keeping warm the food to be served. If the kitchen is used for the event, the lessee is responsible for cleaning and putting away all utensils and dishes used and cleaning off counters and sinks.
Use of the Kitchen. You can find a kitchen on every level, installed with equipment for free use. The cooking, the working heater or oven must be kept always under personal control. The Operator does not take responsibilities for the properties, left in the kitchen, things stayed there will be treated as waste by the Operator.
Use of the Kitchen. Use of the kitchen shall be carried out only in compliance with the kitchen operating procedures, a copy of which can be found in the kitchen itself
Use of the Kitchen. When preparing and serving food, the Hirer should observe all relevant food hygiene legislations & regulations and use due care when operating any kitchen appliances. Caters need to provide appropriate indemnity insurance and hygiene certificates.
Use of the Kitchen.  The individual listed below is responsible for any food and/or cooking that takes place; supplies, including decorations and basic cleaning.  Shiloh Baptist Church of Waukegan IS NOT responsible for providing any supplies such as paper cups, plates, tablecloths, plastic ware, napkins or trash bags; nor use of food such as coffee, tea, juices, Kool-Aid, sugar, cream, milk, etc. I have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree with all. Use of the KitchenThe Hirer is not permitted access to the Kitchen unless agreed in writing in advance of the Event by Ottoman Coffeehouse.

Use of the Kitchen. On arrival the Hirer will need to switch on any appliances needed (cooker, water boiler). All switches are marked. The Hirer will need to turn on the water heater if needed. The Hirer must ensure that at the end of the Function all the appliances are turned off (except the fridge) and that all items used are cleaned, dried and put away where they were found. The Hirer must NOT use any items labelled for the “Kempley Produce Market” The Hirer must take all rubbish and recycling away with them.
Use of the Kitchen. The kitchen may be used to warm or prep for food service. Cooking in the kitchen is prohibited. The kitchen must be cleaned and returned to the same condition it was in prior to the rental. Cleaning should include the oven, oven tops, countertop, refrigerator, and sinks. Do not dispose of grease and/or food in any sink or toilet. Any spills must be wiped up, and all garbage must be pulled from trash cans, bagged properly and disposed of in the trash receptacle outside of the venue. In the event the kitchen is not cleaned properly or there is damage to the property, the department may at its discretion forfeit any and/or all of your security deposit.
