Longer Workdays. Employees whose workday is regularly scheduled for more than seven and one-half (7.5) hours per day shall accumulate a day of sick leave and vacation leave equal to the number of hours in their regularly scheduled work day. For these employees, the balance for their leaves shall be reduced by same number of hours for each day used.
