Longevity Benefit. 1. The district will provide certificated educational staff with an increased salary allotment as a longevity benefit. The individuals desiring these funds will notify the district administration by February 1st of their plan to retire at the end of the following year; must meet the rule of 85 or reach the age of 62; and be employed in the district for a minimum of fifteen (15) consecutive years.
