Longevity Increment. 1. The longevity increment shall continue to be provided to teachers who have completed twenty-two (22) years or more of public school teaching and who have a rating of “satisfactory.” It shall continue to become available to eligible teachers either in September or in February, whichever month is applicable, immediately following their completion of twenty-two (22) years of public school teaching. Teachers who receive the longevity increment must meet either one (1) of the following two (2) requirements:
