Anniversary Increments. Employees shall advance on the wage grid on their anniversary date in the classification.
Anniversary Increments. 5 6 A. Anniversary increments as stated on Appendix B of the Classified Salary Schedule 7 will be provided to begin with the 9th, 12th, 18th, 21st, and 24th year of district 8 service. Employees in a paid status for fifty percent or more of their assigned 9 workdays earn one more year of service credit.
Anniversary Increments. Any Faculty Member who has completed thirty (30) years of full-time service with El Camino Community College District as of August 1 of any year will be paid for that year and each subsequent year of service an anniversary increment equal to the difference between Step 24 and 28, as described in Article 10, Section 3(b)(2). This increment will be placed on the salary schedules (Appendix C-1 and C-2).
Anniversary Increments. 18.01 a) Temporary full-time nurses shall be entitled to an anniversary increment after nineteen hundred and fifty (1950) paid hours up to the maximum increment level outlined in Appendix "A" of this Agreement.
Anniversary Increments. For the term of this Agreement, an employee who completes 20 years of service with the District will be paid an anniversary increment of $75.00 per month in addition to his/her step rate for his/her salary range. Upon reaching 25 years of service, the employee’s anniversary increment will be increased to $150.00. The anniversary increment will be on a prorate basis for an employee scheduled to work less than full time.
Anniversary Increments. All members of the unit who progress through the salary schedule to the final step of their columns upon reaching their nineteenth (19th) year of service as a teacher in this District, but including the number of years, not to exceed ten (10) (or twelve (12) pursuant to Section 24-C.3.a.), for which they were given credit for placement on the salary schedule at the time of their employment, shall receive a longevity step as indicated on the salary schedule. Additional longevity steps shall be given, under the same conditions, upon reaching the twenty-fourth (24th) and twenty- ninth (29th) years of service. Years of service towards longevity will include each year during which the member of the unit has worked at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the year and includes all time during which the member was on sabbatical or other paid leave, but no time during which they were on unpaid leave.
Anniversary Increments. Anniversary increments shall be as follows: $600 8 shall be granted at the beginning of the 9th year of service to the District, and 2.25 percent of Step
9 1 of the employee’s salary plus $100 shall be granted at the beginning of the 12th, 15th, 18th, 21st, 10 24th, 27th, 30th, 33rd, 36th and 39th years of service to the District.
Anniversary Increments. (a) Casual, regular part-time and temporary part-time Employees shall be entitled to an increment on the completion of each 1747.5 regular hours actually worked up to the maximum increment level granted to full-time Employees.
(b) For part-time Employees, all leaves of absence with pay, leaves of absence for Union business, periods of sick leave with pay, and while in receipt of Workers’ Compensation benefits (average hours in last two weeks worked) pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, shall be considered as hours worked for the purpose of calculating salary increments in accordance with Article 31.06(a).
Anniversary Increments. Anniversary increments shall be 2 added to the scheduled salary at the beginning of the 15th, 18th, 21st, 24th, 3 27th, 30th, 33rd, and 36th years of service in the District based on the 4 schedule below:
Anniversary Increments. 1. Anniversary increments as indicated on the salary schedules shall be granted to unit members meeting the requirements of Columns 4, 5, and 6 in accordance with the provisions of the salary schedule.
2. Service as part-time regular District certificated unit members shall accrue eligibility for anniversary step increments on a prorata basis. Each individual year of such part-time employment shall be computed by converting the salary paid to a percent of the salary which full-time unit members in the same class and step would have been paid.
