LOOP MAKE-UP INFORMATION. 53.1. Sprint shall make available Loop Make-Up Information in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity with the data and access it gives itself and other CLECs, including affiliates. The charges for Loop Make-Up Information are set forth in Table One to this Agreement. 53.2. Information provided to the CLEC will not be filtered or digested in a manner that would affect the CLEC’s ability to qualify the loop for advanced services. 53.3. Sprint shall provide Loop Make-Up Information based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC connects to the Sprint LTD network. 53.4. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLEC. 53.5. Sprint may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs in whatever manner Sprint would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.6. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.2. If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.3. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 of this Agreement.

LOOP MAKE-UP INFORMATION. 57.1. To the extent technically feasible, CLEC will be given access to Loop Qualification and OSS interfaces that Sprint is providing any other CLEC and/or Sprint or its affiliates. Sprint shall make available this Loop Qualification in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity with the data and access it gives itself and other CLECs, including affiliates. The charges for Loop Qualification are set forth in Table 1 to this Agreement. 57.2. Subject to §57.1 above, Sprint’s Loop Qualification will provide response to CLEC queries. Until replaced with automated OSS access, Sprint will provide Loop Qualification access on a manual basis. 57.3. Sprint will not refuse to supply information based on the availability of products offered by Sprint. 57.4. Sprint shall provide Loop Qualification based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Qualification requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC connects to the Sprint LTD network. 57.5.   • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. 9.2 BellSouth will provide LIDB Storage upon written request to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager stating a requested activation date.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement.   • Verizon OSS Information 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8 and Applicable Law, Verizon grants to Reconex a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2 All Verizon OSS Information shall at all times remain the property of Verizon. Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, Reconex shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2.1 The provisions of this Section 8.5.2 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) Reconex Usage Information, (b) CPNI of Reconex, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a Reconex Customer, to the extent the Customer has authorized Reconex to use the Customer Information. 8.5.2.2 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by Reconex only to provide Telecommunications Services to Reconex Customers. 8.5.2.3 Reconex shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement. 8.5.2.4 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to Reconex any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Reconex’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.2.5 below, to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2.5 Reconex’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for Reconex’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by Reconex’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 above. 8.5.2.6 Reconex’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by Reconex to provide Telecommunications Services to Reconex Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.5.2.7 All Verizon OSS Information received by Reconex shall be destroyed or returned by Reconex to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with the Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the Agreement and Section 8.6.1 below), Reconex’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.5.3.1 Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to audit Reconex to ascertain whether Reconex is complying with the requirements of Applicable Law and this Agreement with regard to Reconex’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.2 Without in any way limiting any other rights Verizon may have under the Agreement or Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor Reconex’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to Reconex pursuant to this Agreement, to ascertain whether Reconex is complying with the requirements of Applicable Law and this Agreement, with regard to Reconex’s access to, and use and disclosure of, such Verizon OSS Information. The foregoing right shall include, but not be limited to, the right (but not the obligation) to electronically monitor Reconex’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to Reconex through Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.5.3.3 Information obtained by Verizon pursuant to this Section 8.5.3.3 shall be treated by Verizon as Confidential Information of Reconex pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; provided that, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to use and disclose information obtained by Verizon pursuant to this Section 8.5.3.3 to enforce Verizon’s rights under the Agreement or Applicable Law.

  • Root-­‐zone Information Publication ICANN’s publication of root-­‐zone contact information for the TLD will include Registry Operator and its administrative and technical contacts. Any request to modify the contact information for the Registry Operator must be made in the format specified from time to time by ICANN at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/domains/root/.

  • - CLEC INFORMATION 3.1 Except as otherwise required by law, CenturyLink will not provide or establish Interconnection, Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services and/or resale of Telecommunications Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to CLEC's execution of this Agreement. The Parties shall complete CenturyLink's "New Customer Questionnaire," as it applies to CLEC's obtaining of Interconnection, Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, and/or resale of Telecommunications Services hereunder. 3.2 Prior to placing any orders for services under this Agreement, the Parties will jointly complete the following sections of CenturyLink's "New Customer Questionnaire:" General Information Billing and Collection (Section 1) Credit Information Billing Information Summary Billing OSS and Network Outage Notification Contact Information System Administration Contact Information Ordering Information for LIS Trunks, Collocation, and Associated Products (if CLEC plans to order these services) Design Layout Request – LIS Trunking and Unbundled Loop (if CLEC plans to order these services) 3.2.1 The remainder of this questionnaire must be completed within two (2) weeks of completing the initial portion of the questionnaire. This questionnaire will be used to: Determine geographical requirements; Identify CLEC identification codes; Determine CenturyLink system requirements to support CLEC's specific activity; Collect credit information; Obtain Billing information; Create summary bills; Establish input and output requirements; Create and distribute CenturyLink and CLEC contact lists; and Identify CLEC hours and holidays. 3.2.2 CLECs that have previously completed a Questionnaire need not fill out a New Customer Questionnaire; however, CLEC will update its New Customer Questionnaire with any changes in the required information that have occurred and communicate those changes to CenturyLink. Before placing an order for a new product, CLEC will need to complete the relevant New Product Questionnaire and amend this Agreement.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.

  • Complete Information The Disclosure Information (as defined in Section 11.16) provided by WTC for inclusion in the Prospectus and the Preliminary Prospectus is true and accurate in all material respects. As of the Preliminary Prospectus Date and the Prospectus Date (a) there are no legal proceedings pending or known to be contemplated by governmental authorities against WTC or against any property of WTC, that would be material to the Noteholders, (b) WTC is not affiliated with any of the Affiliation Parties, and (c) there is no business relationship, agreement, arrangement, transaction or understanding between the Trustee and any of the Affiliation Parties that is entered into outside the ordinary course of business or is on terms other than would be obtained in an arm’s length transaction with an unrelated third party, apart from this transaction, that currently exists or that existed during the past two years and that is material to an investor’s understanding of the Notes.

  • Verizon Information Upon request by CBB, Verizon shall make available to CBB the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBB, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.
