Common use of Loss of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Loss of Benefits. No employee who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages as in Appendix "A", shall suffer a reduction of wages, because of the adoption of this Agreement.

Loss of Benefits. No employee co-worker who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages as in Appendix "A", " shall suffer a reduction of wages, in wages because of the adoption of this Agreement.

Loss of Benefits. 23.01 No employee who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages as in Appendix "AB", or working less hours than stipulated in this Agreement, shall suffer a reduction of wages, in wages or increase in hours worked per week because of the adoption of this Agreement.
