LOST OR STOLEN DEBIT CARD. COMPROMISE OF PIN OR MOBILE DEVICE – If You become aware that the Debit Card or Your Mobile Device used in conjunction with Mobile Payment Services for Small Business is lost or stolen, or that the PIN or Passcode has been made accessible to another person, or if any other person’s biometric gets stored on Your Mobile Device, You will notify Us or Our agent immediately, whereupon the Debit Card will be cancelled, Mobile Payment Services for Small Business suspended or the PIN or Passcode changed. The instant such notice is actually received by Us or when We are satisfied that You became the victim of fraud, theft, or coercion by trickery, force or intimidation, Your liability for further use of the Debit Card or Mobile Payment Services for Small Business will terminate, and You will be entitled to recover from Us any subsequent losses suffered by You through the use of the Debit Card or Mobile Payment Services for Small Business.

LOST OR STOLEN DEBIT CARD. If your Card is lost, stolen or fraudulently used, you agree to immediately notify us by calling Brattleboro Savings & Loan’s Customer Support at the numbers listed on the last page of this Agreement. Reporting the fraud, loss or theft of your Card within 24 hours of the discovery is the best way to reduce the associated inconvenience of fraud losses. You also agree to assist us in our attempts to recover any losses from unauthorized Card users (including permitted users who exceed their authority) and to assist in their prosecution.
LOST OR STOLEN DEBIT CARD. OR MOBILE DEVICE OR COMPROMISED PIN OR PASSCODE – If the Depositor suspects or becomes aware that the Debit Card or their Mobile Device used in conjunction with the Mobile Payment Service is lost or stolen, or that the PIN or Passcode has been made accessible to another person, then the Depositor will notify the Financial Institution or its agent immediately, in person or by telephone. Notification will only be considered given if the Depositor speaks directly to an authorized Financial Institution officer or agent. Upon receipt of such notice, the Depositor’s liability for further unauthorized use of the Debit Card or Mobile Payment Service will terminate. If the Depositor notified the Financial Institution promptly and cooperated in any investigation, once the Financial Institution is satisfied that the Depositor is the victim of fraud, theft, or coercion by trickery, force, or intimidation, the Depositor will be entitled to recover from the Financial Institution any direct losses from the Account through the use of the Debit Card or Mobile Payment Service in such fraud, theft, or coercion incurred after notice is given to the Financial Institution.
LOST OR STOLEN DEBIT CARD. (a) You must tell us as soon as you are aware that your Debit Card is lost or stolen, or as soon as you suspect that someone else is using your Debit Card, or you suspect that your Debit Card is missing.

  • Lost or Stolen Card Except as otherwise stated herein, you are responsible for all transactions initiated through the use of your Card, including any PIN-based transactions, any transactions initiated by presenting the Card Number only and any authorized transactions initiated by someone else. If you believe your Card or Access Information has been lost or stolen, call the number or write to the address listed in the “Contact Information” section below. You should also call the number or write to the address listed in the “Contact Information” section below if you believe a transfer has been made using the information from your Card or Access Information without your permission. You also agree to cooperate completely with the Servicer in attempts to recover funds from unauthorized users and to assist in their prosecution.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards You must tell us immediately by telephone or in writing if you know or suspect that a Card is lost or stolen, or if you know or suspect that your Card or the Account is being used without your authority. Our toll free number is 0-000-000-0000, or collect at (000) 000-0000. Once you have told us that your Card or Account is lost, stolen or used without your authority, we will be able to prevent use of that Card and the Account number.

  • Recovery of lost or stolen card If the lost or stolen card is recovered, you must immediately return to us the card cut in half without using it. You must not use the PIN and/or the TBS Access Code after reporting to us that the PIN and/or the TBS Access Code has been disclosed to a third party.

  • Mutilated, Destroyed, Lost or Stolen Certificate If (a) any mutilated Certificate shall be surrendered to the Certificate Registrar, or if the Certificate Registrar shall receive evidence to its satisfaction of the destruction, loss or theft of any Certificate and (b) there shall be delivered to the Certificate Registrar and the Owner Trustee such security or indemnity as may be required by them to save each of them harmless, then in the absence of notice that such Certificate shall have been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Trust shall execute and the Owner Trustee, or the Owner Trustee’s authenticating agent, shall authenticate and deliver, in exchange for or in lieu of any such mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Certificate, a new Certificate of like tenor and denomination. In connection with the issuance of any new Certificate under this Section, the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar may require the payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection therewith. Any duplicate Certificate issued pursuant to this Section shall constitute conclusive evidence of ownership in the Trust, as if originally issued, whether or not the lost, stolen or destroyed Certificate shall be found at any time.

  • LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS If the Cardmember loses the Card or if the Card is damaged or stolen or if the PIN became available to any other persons, the Cardmember must immediately inform AEME by telephone. In addition, the Cardmember shall provide AEME with a written notification within 3 days from the date of the occurrence of any of the above listed events, as per applicable laws. To inform AEME by phone, call the number indicated in the Cardmember Additional Information Leaflet. Failure to comply with the provisions of this article will render the Cardmember liable for all Transactions made on his or her lost or stolen Card until the time the Card is reported as lost or stolen to AEME. However, the Cardmember shall at all times be fully liable for all Charges including Cash Withdrawals even if these Charges were made by third parties if these third parties gained possession of the Card or any Supplementary Card or the PIN with the knowledge, permission, approval or other acts of the Cardmember or any Supplementary Cardmember or because of their negligence. If the Card is found after it was reported lost or stolen, the Cardmember may not use or attempt to use the Card at issue and shall immediately inform AEME which will take the appropriate action.

Any duplicate Residual Certificate issued pursuant to this Section 5.03 shall constitute complete and indefeasible evidence of ownership in the Lower Tier REMIC or the Trust Fund, as the case may be, as if originally issued, whether or not the lost or stolen Residual Certificate shall be found at any time.

  • Lost Checks Any paycheck that is lost after receipt or that is not delivered within seven (7) days of mailing, shall be replaced not later than five (5) working days following the unit member's written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check. For unit members who have automatic deposit, any pay warrant not deposited on the date of the automatic deposit shall be replaced not later than three (3) working days following the unit member’s written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check.
