Lost Tickets. A lost ticket may be replaced or reimbursed, provided that (i) the Passenger proves its loss to THE CARRIER’s complete satisfaction, (ii) the fare terms and conditions allow it and (iii) the Passenger pays the applicable charges; provided, the lost ticket has not been previously used, replaced or reimbursed. Lost Tickets. Neither KSE nor the Team (as applicable) is responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or forgotten Tickets. At the sole discretion of KSE, Tickets may be replaced for an additional cost. If a replacement Ticket is issued, such replacement will be honored over the original, and the original Ticket will be null and void.
Lost Tickets. If you lose your tickets, it may be possible to re-issue them for a fee. The amount payable will depend on the circumstances of the loss and how close to the travel date you discover it. However, not all tickets can be re-issued, which is another good reason for ensuring you have sufficient insurance cover. Tickets will be dispatched to you in accordance with your instructions and we accept no responsibility for their delivery. Lost tickets which cannot be re-issued are refunded at the sole discretion of the Glory Days Limited; these refunds can take up to one year to be authorized.
Lost Tickets. When a Customer loses a ticket or a portion thereof, the Customer will be required to purchase another ticket, at the original fare paid, before transportation will be furnished between the points covered by the lost ticket. The applicable rules and process for refunds of lost tickets are the same as for refunds, generally, except that there is a waiting period of up to one (1) year before a refund will be issued to ensure the ticket is not found and used. Tickets which are used are not eligible for refund.

When a passenger loses his/her America West ticket, the passenger may purchase a replacement ticket for the portion lost, and will be refunded the price of the replacement ticket, provided the itinerary (flight number, travel date, city) of the replacement ticket is exactly the same as the lost ticket. If a replacement ticket is not purchased for the exact itinerary, no refund will be made.

For any tickets lost in Panama, THE CARRIER requires a report of the loss made to the appropriate authorities. This requirement may vary in other countries depending on their internal legislation.
Lost Tickets. In all cases, the instructions of the airline will be followed. In most cases, we will be able to make a re-issue and accept payment for the tickets at the same time as starting the reimbursement procedure, which could take up to 12 months. All the additional fees arising from these procedures will be the responsibility of the passenger. In case of loss, the airline company will provide the passenger with a lost documents form or a discharge of responsibility for lost documents, which must be completed in order to solicit the corresponding reimbursement. Our web site will not prevent you from making impossible reservations, like for example two flights on the same date to different destinations or a flight to a destination coupled with a night in a hotel at another destination on the same date. If a user makes this type of impossible reservation, Vacaciones eDreams is not responsible and the user will not be reimbursed.
Lost Tickets. Lost tickets will result in Joint Operator being assessed liquidated damages in the amount of $11.00 for each unaccounted-for ticket over 0.1 percent (.001 times the total number of tickets issued) of the total tickets issued each month. Unaccounted-for tickets are defined as the difference between the actual automobile count taken, plus the tickets issued, minus the tickets collected, and the actual following day's automobile count.
