Common use of Lost Wages Clause in Contracts

Lost Wages. We will Facilitate on your behalf any claim or request for the payment to a Member of wages that the Member lost arising out of the time that a Member is required by a court or tribunal to attend trial regarding a Use of Weapon Incident. The Member must provide proof of lost wages. If we are unable to Facilitate such a benefit, then we will pay the Member up to $300 a day for lost wages, up to a maximum of $1,200.00.
