Low-Impact Service Maintenance. A “Low-Impact Service Maintenance” (hereinafter “LISM”) event is defined as (i) an update to any part of Company Software or Services; or (ii) an update to any software, hardware, services, or other pieces or parts that support Company Software or Services, provided such event (a) does not create a Severity 1 (High) issue as defined in section 2.1.1.1; and (b) does not create a disruption that lasts longer than 60 minutes.
