Low Population. As of the Effective Date, no census tracts of the District qualify as Low-Population Areas. Some Collection service requirements are waived for the Low-Population Areas. Low-population waivers granted by CalRecycle are only valid for a period of up to five (5) years. If, during the Term of this Agreement, the District is granted a waiver for any Low-Population Areas, any resulting Collection service changes shall be addressed as a change in scope in accordance with Section 4.5” Article 7. Low Population. Some Collection service requirements are waived for the Low-Population Areas, as described in Section 5.2. Low-population waivers granted by CalRecycle are only valid for a period of up to five (5) years. If, during the Term of this Agreement, the District is granted a waiver that expands the Low-Population Areas, or if the District’s waiver(s) are no longer valid, resulting in a reduction in the number of the Low-Population Areas, any resulting Collection service changes shall be addressed as a change in scope in accordance with Section 5.2.
