Lower Pricing Sample Clauses
The Lower Pricing clause ensures that a buyer receives the most favorable pricing terms offered by the seller. In practice, if the seller provides a lower price for the same goods or services to another customer under similar conditions, the buyer is entitled to receive that lower price as well, either through a price adjustment or a refund. This clause is designed to protect the buyer from paying more than other customers and to promote fairness and competitiveness in pricing.
