Contract Pricing definition

Contract Pricing. The total of the Energy Payment and the Lump Sum Payment.
Contract Pricing. Means the price that the Vendor has agreed to provide the Contracted Items to MMCAP Infuse and its Membership as set forth on Attachment A and any subsequent amendment to this Agreement. The pricing will remain fixed for one (1) year from the Effective Date. Vendor shall have the right to adjust fixed item pricing to not more than 10% increase on the anniversary of the Effective Date
Contract Pricing means the schedule of rates and/or pricing submitted by the Supplier.
