Contract Pricelist definition

Contract Pricelist. Shall refer to the pricelist which identifies the Make(s), Model(s), Model Code(s), Base Item Unit Price(s), Optional Equipment Unit Prices, and configuration of the Base Item and associated Optional Equipment, which have been approved by Procurement Services for inclusion in the Contract.
Contract Pricelist shall refer to the Contractor pricelist, which includes an item number, description and NYS Net Contract Price for all Base Items and Core Options offered under the Contract, which has been approved by NYSPro for inclusion in the Contract. The Contract Pricelist may also include a list of Additional Options and Aftermarket Components offered under the Contract. See Appendix C, Number 2, Price Pages: Base Items and Associated Options.
Contract Pricelist shall refer to the Excel document, set forth in Attachment 1 – Pricing which lists, among other things, a description of the Heavy Equipment available for Rental, a Ceiling Price for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rental Periods, and Delivery Charge(s), for the Heavy Equipment available for Rental.

Examples of Contract Pricelist in a sentence

  • If approved, Procurement Services shall notify the Contractor in writing and post the revised Contract Pricelist to the OGS website.

  • However Authorized Users, at their sole discretion, may pick up School Bus(es) at the Contractor location and shall be given a Pick Up Allowance equal to or greater than the dollar amount listed on the Contract Pricelist for the applicable Item.

Related to Contract Pricelist

  • Contract Price(s) means the price(s) tendered by the contractor and accepted by the Council for the execution of the contract.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.

  • Contract Item or “Contract Items” means the list of items identified in Section

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Contract Player means any Player (other than a Player on a Scholarship) who is eligible to play under a written contract of employment with a Club.
