Lunch Period. All employees shall be granted an unpaid lunch period not less than thirty (30) minutes or more than sixty (60) minutes during each work shift. Any employee who is required by the Employer to perform job duties or remain available for work during their meal period shall be compensated for such time at their regular hourly rate of pay, either on a straight time or overtime basis, whichever is applicable.
