M oonlighting. Residents may engage in moonlighting activities as approved by the Program Director and Initial here Designated Institutional Official in accordance with accreditation requirements and as outlined by the GME Manual and Program Manual. All moonlighting counts toward work hours and must be reported. Professional Liability Coverage provided by Hospital will not cover any moonlighting activities. Residents training on a J-1 visa are prohibited from participating in any moonlighting activities, per the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) regulations.
